Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy applies to physical products purchased from Kim Keng Guan Enterprise / Huijia Yuan Feng Shui.

Delivery availability and charges

Available delivery methods, destinations and charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you in writing before payment. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Processing and estimated delivery

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Any dispatch or delivery date is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Delivery may be affected by stock availability, weekends, public holidays, courier operations, severe weather, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking and receipt

Tracking information will be provided where available. If a parcel is returned because the address is incomplete or delivery attempts fail, reasonable redelivery charges may apply.

Damage, loss or incorrect items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

International delivery

For delivery outside Singapore, the recipient is responsible for any import duty, tax, customs clearance charge or local restriction unless stated otherwise. Customs delays are outside our control.

可用配送方式、地区及费用会在结账时显示，或在付款前由我们书面确认。订单在付款确认后处理；发货和送达日期仅为预计时间，除非双方另有书面约定。请提供完整准确的地址和联系电话。收到货物后请尽快检查；如有破损、缺失或错发，请提供订单号及清晰照片联系我们。新加坡境外配送可能产生的关税、税费及清关费用由收件人承担，除非另有说明。本政策不排除新加坡适用法律赋予消费者的权利。
