This policy applies to purchases made from Kim Keng Guan Enterprise / Huijia Yuan Feng Shui through this website or an authorised payment link.

Prices and currency

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD). Any applicable delivery charge, tax, discount or additional fee will be displayed or communicated before payment is confirmed.

Accepted payment methods

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout or confirmed by us in writing. Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal or another authorised payment provider. We do not directly store complete card details.

Payment confirmation

An order or booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully authorised and we issue an order or booking confirmation. A pending, failed or reversed transaction does not constitute confirmation.

Security and refunds

We will never ask you to send a full card number, security code, password or one-time password through WhatsApp or email. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider or bank. Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under applicable Singapore law.

除非另有说明，价格均以新加坡元（SGD）显示。订单或预约须在付款成功并收到我们的确认后才成立。可用付款方式以结账页面或我们的书面通知为准。经批准的退款通常退回原付款方式，到账时间由银行或付款平台决定。我们不会通过 WhatsApp 或电子邮件索取完整银行卡号码、安全码、密码或一次性验证码。本政策不排除新加坡适用法律赋予消费者的权利。
